Refund & Return policy
30-Day Exchange & Return Policy
If there’s something wrong with your order (defective product, incorrect order, damaged order, or if you’re not in love with it, etc.), please contact us at [email protected] within 30 days of receiving your order. We’ll be happy to review your case, and if it is approved, you can return the item to us with the order number on the packaging (the order number is very important, as it helps us process your return accurately). If you prefer, we can also send a replacement—just let us know which model you’d like. Please do not return anything before we review the case. Our customer service team will review the request and send further instructions. Bagnwear reserves the right to refuse any return request if it is found to be caused by malicious competitive business practices.
Disclaimer: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item (unless the item has quality issues).
Only in Unworn Condition
We understand that you may want to try the watch on, but all returned watches must be in perfect, unworn condition (all plastic protectors intact and still adhered to the watch) and in the original packaging (black cylindrical case and cardboard box). We do not accept returns for watches with minor wear. If the returned watch is undamaged but the strap has been used or marked, we will not accept it and will return it to you.
Contact Us for Authorization
Before shipping your return, please email us at [email protected] to receive return instructions and an authorization code (RMA). This code is necessary to identify return packages in our warehouse. If your returned watch does not have an RMA code, we will be unable to process it and will return it to you.
Watch Inspection
Upon receiving the watch, we will inspect it for any signs of damage on the case, glass, or strap. If it is undamaged, we will issue a full refund. Unfortunately, if there are any signs of use, we will not accept it and will return it to you.
Track Your Return
Choose a reliable shipping method with a tracking number so that we can monitor the delivery until the watch is returned to us. Without a valid tracking number, we will not be able to locate your return and issue a refund. Please make sure you obtain a tracking number to facilitate your refund.
Refund
For items purchased using a credit card, it typically takes 2-6 days to receive the refund. If you have not received the refund by the 6th day after we have processed it, please contact us at [email protected].
